In this year of profound uncertainty and challenge, one thing I’ve been able to count on is my meditation practice.
It’s been a daily source of calm, clarity, and centeredness when the outside world seems to be spinning out of control.
Over the past few months, it’s been my great joy to share my meditation practice & lead guided meditations with many of you. In April, I hosted a seven day meditation challenge where many of you joined me for an entire week of mindful practice. And two weeks ago, I hosted my first Zoom mediation session called “Cultivating Love” focused on loving-kindness and compassion.
Since these experiences went so well, I felt inspired to organize a more consistent community to share the practice of meditation.
Starting on Monday June 29th, I’m inviting you to join me for the A Path To Call Your Own Meditation Group.
From 7-8 pm (EST), we will meet on Zoom for a one-hour gathering. I will lead a guided meditation & facilitate a space for reflection, conversation, and spiritual connection. I envision this becoming a weekly experience to support each other in our meditation practice & spiritual journeys.
