Soul Journal Challenge

In May 2021, I am inviting you to join me for a 31 day SOUL JOURNAL CHALLENGE.

Throughout the month of May, we will be supporting each other in journaling EVERY DAY. The intention is to use the practice of journaling as an opportunity for inner growth & soul discovery.

To inspire your daily journaling, I’ll be posting daily prompts on my Facebook & Instagram pages. These will be freely available to anyone who wants to put pen to paper & discover a deeper connection to themselves.

But what really excites me about this experience is building a COMMUNITY of people taking this journey together.

For $31, you can join the Soul Journal Challenge Community for this 31 day experience.

Being a part of the community means you will receive:

• An invitation to the private Soul Journal Challenge Facebook group. This will be a place to share the insights from your journaling practice & connect with others committed to the challenge. The daily prompts will be posted in this group first thing in the morning for easy access.
• An invitation to 3 group Zoom calls throughout the challenge to support your commitment to journaling & to share lessons, insights, and moments of growth with others going through the same process. These Zoom calls will take place on April 30th, May 16th, and May 31st. These Zoom calls will start at 7 pm (EST) and last approximately 90 minutes.
