Warrior Poets Men's Circle

Brother, this is an invitation.

An invitation to become the man you want to be.

A good man.

A man of integrity and purpose. 

A strong and loving man.

A man with a brave, big heart.

A warrior poet.  

The Warrior Poets Men’s Circle is a virtual brotherhood starting on Sunday, January 30th.

This gathering of men will be led & facilitated by myself (certified life coach Matthew Foley) and my brother Daniel Diaz. We will commit to meeting each Sunday morning on Zoom from 9-11 am (EST) for three months (January 30 - April 24).

In these Sunday sessions, we will create together a safe & brave space to open up, to share, to grow, to heal, to challenge ourselves, to be the best versions of ourselves as men.

We will practice being vulnerable. We will hold each other accountable to our goals and values. We will challenge each other when we see men playing small or listening to the voice of fear.

We will dedicate certain Sundays to taking deeper dives into specific themes: purpose, sex & relationships, embodiment & physical health, money & financial health, our relationship to masculinity, creativity, balance, etc. Other Sundays will be more open-ended, with an emphasis on responding to issues that are most present for the men in the circle.

We will also utilize a private Facebook group to stay connected throughout the week, to share our victories and struggles, and offer one another encouragement and support beyond the Sunday sessions.

I chose the name “Warrior Poets” because it signifies for me a whole, integrated masculinity. “The Warrior” and “The Poet” are two archetypal sides of the mature masculine spirit: strength and softness, courage and vulnerability, physical action and creative action.

A warrior is a symbol of strength, determination, discipline. 

A warrior fights for what he believes and defends what he holds dear. 

A warrior knows how to use his power & strength in service to a greater good.  

A poet knows how to feel, to express, to create. 

A poet is open to emotion, to beauty, to insight, to sensuality. 

A poet is wise in the ways of the heart & the spirit and brings that wisdom to the world through creative action.

Brother, I believe the man most needed in the world today is the man who can integrate these two sides of himself.

A whole man.

A man in his fullness.

A warrior poet.

The financial investment for joining the Warrior Poets Men’s Circle is $300 per month. If you register before January 20, however, you can take advantage of a special early bird rate of just $250 for the first month. We also have financial scholarships available upon request.
